VISA REQUIREMENT
Tourist visas are required for all travelers and must be obtained prior to arriving in the country. The visa is approved in advance, and a visa clearance letter is issued. VISA fee is USD40.00 per person with effective from 1 January 2013 and this fee will be on top of the tour package price quoted. Once we obtain the approved VISAs, we will email a copy to our guests, which the guests will have to print it out before the travel and present it at the immigration checkpoint upon arrival.
Indian nationals visiting Bhutan do not require a visa. However, they will be issued an entry permit. ‘Entry Permit’ will be issued by the Department of Immigration at the airport on arrival and in Pedestrian Terminal at Phuentsholing. But we recommend arranging your permit or visa beforehand.
