Mobile network around town areas  in Paro, Haa, Phuntsholing, Thimphu and Bumthang, is extensive. Network like in the mountain are pretty poor. Most hotels and cafes have Wi-Fi internet access.

In  Bhutan, people speak a variety of languages and Dzongkha is the national language of Bhutan. Nowadays, young Bhutanese children start to learn English in school. Hence, the English literacy of Bhutanese is much higher now compare to 20 years ago.
